How It Works

Strength & Balance

Our certified instructors guide small-group classes focused on building upper and lower body strength, improving balance, and increasing flexibility using light equipment like resistance bands, loops, and mini balls. Classes are customized and suitable for all lifestyles.

Floor & Chair Yoga

Our gentle yoga classes promote relaxation, improve flexibility and mobility, and support joint health. Students can sit on the floor, in a chair, or a combination of both, making classes accessible to a wide range of abilities.

Specialized Classes

We offer a rotating selection of specialty classes that give residents the chance to explore new movement styles and support their overall well-being in fun, engaging ways. Options include tai chi, Pilates, line dance cardio, seasonal aqua aerobics, and 1:1 personal training.

  • 1:1 Personal Training & Online In-Home Classes

    We know group classes aren’t for everyone. Online and personal training sessions are ideal for seniors who prefer to move from the comfort of their apartment or who may be unable to join in-person group classes.

  • On-Site Gym Equipment Instruction

    Your on-site gym might not get much use because your residents don’t feel comfortable using the machines. We can help teach them how to safely and confidently use the available equipment.
