On-Site Gym Equipment Instruction

How It Works

Certified Trainer-Led Group Instruction

A certified fitness trainer leads a group lesson at each machine in your community gym and teaches your residents how to properly and safely use the equipment on site.

Q&A Time

The trainer will take questions from the group and ensure everyone understands how to properly use the equipment in your on-site exercise facility. The trainer may ask for volunteers to demonstrate!

Boosted On-Site Gym Visits

When your residents have the confidence to use the equipment in your gym, they’ll be more likely to take advantage of it. Regular gym visits help build the strength needed to prevent falls and other injuries.

  • Fall Prevention Seminars

Falls are one of the leading causes of injury, hospitalization, and loss of independence. These classes help seniors stay mobile longer, avoid hospital stays, and reduce the need for assisted care.

  • 1:1 Personal Training & Online In-Home Classes

We know group classes aren’t for everyone. Online and personal training sessions are ideal for seniors who prefer to move from the comfort of their apartment or who may be unable to join in-person group classes.

  • Customized Group Fitness Classes

Our certified instructors lead a rotating selection of classes that give residents the chance to explore new movement styles and support their overall well-being in fun, engaging ways.
