Feel strong. Stay steady. Live fully.

Helping Seniors Thrive Over 55

Imagine being able to give your residents some of the best years of their lives.

Your main goal is to ensure that your residents stay healthy and strong for as long as possible. But helping them maintain mobility and strength isn’t an easy task.

Most weeks, offering exercise classes feels as unrealistic as the existence of a 100-year-old bodybuilder.

Your activities manager may stay busy planning weekly or special events for your community. But without dedicated instructors on staff, fitness and fall prevention classes likely don’t make it on the calendar.

If you end weeks wondering what more you can do to better serve your community of seniors, and how you can enrich and enliven their golden years, or wish you could outsource fitness and movement classes to someone else… We’re glad you’re here.

Welcome to Active Aging Co.

Why Active Aging Co.?

As we age, we take on a whole new set of challenges. And advancing age brings increasing issues.

A 2012 study by the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) revealed that 18% of seniors over 60 suffer from intermediate to weak muscle strength.

But that’s just one side of the challenge. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 25% of older adults suffer from social isolation.

Symptoms like these lead to more falls, lower quality of life, and shorter life expectancy.

We believe that seniors are an important part of our wider community, and we want to help keep them active, engaged, and stronger for longer. That’s why we offer special programs that to promote independence:

  • Fitness classes led by certified instructors that cater to your residents’ interests—yoga, weight training, strength & balance, aqua aerobics, and more

  • Community seminars to teach residents about fall prevention

  • Resident education sessions to learn how to use your on-site fitness equipment

  • Fun, healthy ways to reduce isolation and encourage social connections

We serve senior communities across all levels of care—including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Let’s help your residents enjoy the most of their senior years, and keep them healthier and stronger for longer.
